»Inferno« retains its characteristic melodies and atmospheres, drawing on the esoteric influences of »Societas X Tape« (the BoC 2019 NTS mix for Warp Records’ 30th anniversary) as well as the dark atmosphere of »Tomorrow’s Harvest«, which is further intensified by the increased use of spoken-word recordings.

The first BoC album in thirteen years has a running time of seventy minutes.
